Problem

E-Mail Templates wurden nachträglich in der Test-Email verändert/falsch dargestellt. Es handelt sich um ein Outlook-Problem, bei mobiler Anzeige kein Problem.

As previously warned, some lists in emails are unpredictable and applying any list-specific styling is challenging, especially in outlook. While I’ve implemented a workaround for related Outlook bugs with bulleted lists in our templates, there isn’t much anyone could do about numbered lists. This was also the first time I’ve encountered this Outlook 2013 bug with numbered list as well. Nonetheless, I’ve now applied the fix we found via the developers forum yesterday at the template-level so there’s no need for you to manually apply the fix in the future.

Also, I’ve come across some emails (e.g., bullets-numbering-incorrect.png) in our portal, none created by you, where numbering was manually added to the bullets section. This is not recommended. There are two types of lists, (1) bulleted lists (see bulleted-list-rich-text.png) and (2) numbered lists (see numbered-list-rich-text.png). Bullets should only be used in the bullets section I built and not numbering, as noted in the module.
